Can we have a Custom Design?
Yes — you can create your own custom backdrop! Simply select the “Design Your Own” product, and once your order is placed, we’ll email you with easy instructions on how to provide your design files for printing. Please note that custom designs may take up to 2 extra days for production to ensure perfect quality.
How to clean the backdrop
To keep your backdrop looking its best, gently clean it using clean, warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing. If wrinkles appear, lightly steam the backdrop to restore a smooth, professional finish. Proper care ensures long-lasting quality and picture-perfect results every time.

Return policy
Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing fault. If you believe your backdrop has a defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Dispatching Information
DISPATCH: We have all products in stock and we usually deliver your order within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm, and over the weekend, are despatched on the Monday.
All orders Mon-Fri, before 3pm, will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this time will be dispatched the very next working day.
